  My girlfriend doesn't want her name showing up but I'll tell her story...horrible service. she scheduled an appointment, they told her to have a seat and it took over 10 minutes to get her in. The woman literally CUT her and kept saying "too sensitive, too sensitive" essentially acting like nothing happened. She was pretty traumatized, needless to say I won't be booking any surprise pedicures for her here again.
